I have experience working with teens, preteens, and adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, problems at school, behavior problems, relationship issues, friendship struggles, and substance abuse. I have specialty training in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder using Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP). I am passionate about the benefits of ERP and how well it can help people overcome anxiety. I believe in the value of psychotherapy and understand that everyone is different. I tailor each therapy session to each individual client's needs.
