I am currently accepting new clients and insurances at my privately owned practice. I bring 20+ years of experience as an LCMHC and MLADC to you with the comfort of a smaller, relaxed setting. I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or struggling to get through past or current traumas with a goal of developing a variety of coping skills and sense of peace. I specialize in helping individuals who have alcohol or substance addictions work towards achieving and maintaining long-term recovery. I use a person-centered and strength based approach to best serve the individual and help them achieve their greatest outcome. I incorporate a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative therapy into sessions. As an IDCMP approved therapist, I also can complete LADC Evaluations.
