I received my degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have added certifications in Financial Social Work Counseling and Wellness Coaching. In addition to being strengths based and solution focused, I draw upon cognitive behavioral approaches, systems theory and person centered therapy. My clinical experience includes working with teens and adults from all backgrounds who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, issues surrounding gender and/or sexual identity, or traumatic events. I am comfortable with any person in any topic area.
