I guide clients through a process of understanding and accepting their truths to make whatever changes necessary to bring more peace, authenticity, and joy into their lives. Intimacy, loss, and shame are often central themes. Together we will work on putting an end to self sabotage. For 25 years I have been a therapist to individuals and couples and have had years of psychoanalytic training but integrate many approaches in my work. I have also been a Kripalu Yoga teacher since 2000. Couples counseling, issues relating to sex and sexuality, divorce, and navigating being single are some of my specialties.
