About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I provide individual holistic psychotherapy and mind-body skills training (guided imagery, meditation, relaxation, mindfulness, etc). In addition to providing counseling using a wellness approach (rather than the medical model), I also use mind-body skills training to help clients move towards personal growth and stress reduction and to better cope with transition and developmental processes. My theoretical approach to counseling is somewhat eclectic, but largely humanistic, existential, and integrative. I work with clients on examining and building upon the whole person holistically.
