Life can feel heavy when worry doesn’t stop, confidence feels out of reach, or daily stress keeps piling up. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, self-doubt, past trauma, or just feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward. Life can be hard for little ones too, when big emotions or life changes start to feel overwhelming. I offer a warm, relational, and flexible approach, centered on helping you feel understood, supported, and confident in who you are. I work with both children and adults, tailoring support to meet each person's unique needs. As a Registered Play Therapist, I use play to help children make sense of their emotions, express what they’re feeling, and navigate their big feelings in ways that feel natural to them.
