With almost 20 years of experience working with children and adolescents as a Licensed Social Worker, I have come to truly recognize what our children are up against in the current state of the world. Between social media, television, and access to anything with the click of a button, our children are exposed to so much a lot earlier. Anxiety among children is on the rise as a result. So many parents are struggling to deal with this reality while trying to help their children simply cope, be a good friend, and make good choices.
