My mission is to provide a safe, compassionate space where individuals and couples can explore their emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and reconnect with what truly matters. Guided by evidence-based practices and the belief that secure, supportive relationships are essential for healing, I help clients develop the skills and emotional resilience to navigate life’s challenges, honor their values, and create deeper, more meaningful connections with themselves and others. I specialize in helping people heal from a sense of general dissatisfaction with life, difficulty finding healthy relationships, a lack of direction or hope, and current symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship trauma, or addiction, especially within the context of growing up in a home where abuse, addiction or mental health problems were present.
