I am a licensed clinical social worker with nearly two decades of experience working with children, teens and young adults. My approach is collaborative, holistic, client centered, and strengths based. I work with preteens, adolescents and adults with an array of concerns such as everyday life stressors, communication issues, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, divorce, depression, social skills, and self-esteem. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions in order to foster personal growth and healing.
