Have you ever had one of those days that turned into weeks or months, maybe even years? Days where you wake up and would rather just pull the blanket back over your head and hide away? I'm certain that we've all had them. But, when those days outnumber the good days or when you feel like there's just no use in getting up because things won't change, that's when I can offer help. In the year 2000, I began my own journey and set my goals into motion to one day work with you! I have dedicated my practice to helping those in need of counseling. I have studied techniques and theories and have been putting it all into practice to help people see that they are unique and full of potential, and there is absolutely hope for you!
