Life's challenges can feel overwhelming, often leaving people feeling lost or disconnected. I am passionate about helping others navigate these struggles. My approach offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their concerns. I meet each person where they are in their journey and help them work toward their goals. I work with children (12 and over), teens, and adults, with experience supporting those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, substance use, and ADHD. View 5 Photos Working together, using evidence based treatment such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy, I guide clients in learning skills to address many symptoms and regain the narratives of their life. Furthermore, clients learn to use self compassion and become fluent in identifying their inner strengths.
