Currently accepting adult clients, and have very limited availability. Wellness, and focus on mental health is extremely important to people of all ages and stages. I enjoy helping others focus on strengths to overcome struggles, and learn coping tools to create a successful future. I will provide a judgement free zone to process through these struggles. Together in a safe space we can work to re-train your brain, break some old habits, and process through whatever is brought to the table.
