As a therapist specializing in developmental and complex trauma, my mission is to provide a safe and empathetic space for individuals to explore their experiences and begin healing. I am dedicated to understanding the effects of trauma on the mind, body, and spirit, and I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. With a foundation in evidence-based practices including attachment based approaches, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Play Therapy, and incorporating art and somatic techniques, I have deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit.
