Are you feeling overwhelmed or feeling “out of sorts” about how to handle an interaction? I have been a therapist for the last 25 years in New York, North Carolina, California and Florida. I have worked with clients dealing with such issues as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, interpersonal conflicts and family issues. My experience includes youth, adolescents, young adults, adults and mature adults throughout my career. My compassionate approach assists me in building good rapport with my clients and allows them to feel confident in bringing up tough issues knowing they will be safe in the therapeutic space. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with Motivational Interviewing to assist my clients in reaching their full capability.
