As a born and raised New Yorker, I have learned to have faith in people’s potential. Now more than ever, I believe in their power to make crucial and momentous change in their lives and their world. I strive to give my clients an emotional environment that is comfortable, compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I am passionate about helping my clients identify their life's obstacles through deeper insight and self-compassion making way for a future to make all their own. I have helped individuals and couples with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, communication, infidelity, life transitions, and feeling stuck.
