I am a clinical social worker with 30+ years' experience in the mental health field. My passion is assisting adults who are facing difficulties in their personal or professional lives. I offer a compassionate, safe, and supportive environment that allows my clients to gain insight and explore their thoughts and feelings while learning the skills they need to make their lives more manageable. If you are feeling overwhelmed and struggling, supportive therapy can bring back hope and balance to your daily life. I have training and experience working with people on numerous issues including neuro diversity, parenting issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, PTSD, interpersonal conflict, trauma and grief and loss. I use an integrative approach that combines elements from different therapeutic modalities depending on the needs and preferences of each client.
