Hi there, I'm Jennifer, a licensed marriage and family therapist. I entered the clinical field working with individuals with severe mental illness. Through my education and experience, I have learned that I identify as a CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) oriented therapist with a wide range of intervention techniques from DBT to Solution Focused to support my clients in working from where they are at. I have extensive experience working with teens to adults in transitional phases of life, school changes, work changes, and relationship changes.
