I am a mother of two with an extensive background in treatment of adults suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and life stressors. My practice is well suited for those who need to have therapy appointments during their work day or at a time when children are in school. I understand the demands of balancing professional life and self care. I see our work together as a collaboration and a partnership.
