I am an LCSW practicing in the state of Georgia. I treat therapy as a way to gain perspective on the challenges of life. I feel that therapy is a type of self care and most people would benefit from the experience. The theoretical approach I typically use is CBT. I feel that most behavior is motivated by emotions. I enjoy helping clients identify the feelings experienced that relate to the behaviors exhibited.
