I provide exceptional care to exceptional people as both a coach and therapist. I am neurodivergent myself and absolutely LOVE serving the community! I specialize in serving individuals & parents of children with Autism (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety, Sensory Processing & Learning Disabilities. I use a variety of tools to help people process your thoughts, feelings, & experiences: aromatherapy, gaming (board & video), creative arts, roleplay, music, movement & meditating. A seasoned professional who has worked with thousands of individuals & families-all who have taught & continue to teach me something valuable. I am well-versed in mental health & special education resources-IEP/504, Regional Centers, NAMI,etc. I use EMDR, Collaborative Problem Solving, CBT, DBT, Polyvagal Theory, and Family Systems.
