As a Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience working with various populations in multiple settings, I believe that prioritizing mental well being is a key to happiness and life satisfaction. Over the past 15 years I have shifted my focus toward working with clients desiring to process complex trauma, life transitions, and chronic concerns. I am also open to helping those living with depression, anxiety and other mental health concerns, not only those related to trauma. It is important to consider you as the expert in your own life & me more as an outside observer. I can offer insight and skills for you to see if they fit your needs. We process concerns you have integrating numerous therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Solution Focused & more.
