I enjoy working with a strength based, task centered and motivational approach to therapy. I believe that with time, support and dedication, people can make positive changes in their lives. My work focuses on building rapport within a relaxed atmosphere to help you manage life's stressors, create realistic goals and giving you the support to attain them. I've worked within many different systems in this field and my experience includes working with children, adolescents and adults as well as supporting parents and families.
