I have over 10 years of experience working with couples, families & individuals as a coach, & 3 of specialized couples therapy in multiple mentaI health settings. In working with me you can expect a warm, incisive, endlessly curious, & empathic therapeutic partner for exploring what matters to you, what holds you back, & what is possible when you feel most authentically yourself. I hold a trauma-informed, justice-oriented, feminist framework, & use somatic modalities for working with nervous system regulation. Using EFCT I help couples/constellations see & hear one another, build empathy, communicate clearly, & slowly demystify the patterns underlying relationship conflicts so that they can rediscover-or find for the first time-the deep & meaningful connections they long for. The result is a relationship with more safety, comfort, expressiveness & intimacy.
