My practice specializes in assisting people with difficulties regulating themselves. Some of us learn unhelpful coping skills when we're struggling to live the life we want. Addictions, self harming behaviors, avoidance, disordered eating- the list goes on. My job is to help you turn down the noise, so you can hear what's right for you. I'm a teacher at heart and believe in creating a space where my clients feel supported, validated and challenged. Primarily a CBT and DBT practitioner, I treat Bipolar, PTSD, depression, anxiety and specialize in generational family dynamics and dysfunction.
