We live in constantly changing, challenging and uncertain times. That combined with the issues we faced when growing up, can lead many of us to feel overwhelmed and distressed. With 42 years of clinical experience as a psychotherapist, I believe therapy is a great resource to sort out and plot a course to address all the challenges we face today, as well as their overlap with issues of the past. I am an active, engaged therapist utilizing the wide range of approaches I have learned over the course of my career.
