Life can feel heavy at times—especially when you’re navigating loss, change, or uncertainty. You may feel stuck between where you’ve been and where you want to be. You might be coping with grief, adjusting to a new phase of life, or simply feeling overwhelmed by emotions you can’t quite name. Deep down, you want relief, understanding, and a sense of balance. As a licensed therapist, my approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. I create a safe space to explore what’s happening inside, so that you can find your way forward. I specialize in supporting clients through grief and loss, and other emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. I’ll work alongside you to better understand your experiences and identify what healing looks like for you. My goal is to help you uncover insights, develop coping tools, and reconnect with your own inner resilience.
