Hello. The concept of connection is a significant part of my approach as a therapist. When people feel a disconnect from others or themselves there can be suffering. This disconnection could be due to trauma, loss, anxiety, or very likely a combination of things in our history and current life demands. My goal as your therapist is to facilitate the reconnection (or maybe connection for the first time) to your genuine self and the world around you.
