I work with adults and older adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, grief, or life transitions. Many are caregivers or individuals who have spent years putting others first and are now seeking space for themselves. I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard, build coping skills, and move toward greater emotional balance and peace. I help adults and older adults manage anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I offer a warm, supportive, and culturally responsive space to build coping skills, gain clarity, and feel more balanced and empowered.
