My name is Jenna Heroux. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who uses a client-centered, feminist approach to support clients on their journey to wellbeing and growth. My approach is primarily feminist but is informed by other approaches as well, such as psychodynamic, existential, and family systems theories. Holding the client with unconditional positive regard, I seek to understand them from their own value system and sense of personal empowerment. We will work collaboratively to identify targets for treatment, while activating personal choice and self-compassion.
