Hello! My name is Jennifer Hickson, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing counseling services for over 10 years. I try to create a therapeutic environment that is warm, nonjudgmental, and where clients feel they can be their true selves. Some areas of focus I specialize in are anxiety, depression, self-esteem, job stress, life transitions, and self-development. My approach to therapy utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
