I love seeing people grow and overcome obstacles that previously seemed insurmountable! I work with couples and adult individuals. You may seek help with your partner when you feel like you're stuck in a loop where the harder you try to work things out, the more you wind up hurting each other. You may come on your own if you've hit a rough patch and need help regaining your equilibrium. My job, as I see it, is to join you and help you unpack your thoughts and feelings with an eye toward building a brighter future.
