My name is Jennifer Holloway, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach to therapy centers around relationships and connection, as we do not live our lives in a vacuum and often, we are seeking ways to build meaningful connection with others and within ourselves. I have worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, providing individual, family and couple’s therapy. Common concerns that I work with are mood/thought/personality disorders, anxiety, trauma, family or marital conflict, infidelity, attachment trauma, navigating separation/divorce, depression, and acute stress-related concerns. I take an integrative approach to therapy which commonly consists of EMDR, DBT, IFS, Structural and Family Systems, Psychodynamic, Family Systems, EFT.
