As a therapist and military spouse, I bring personal and professional insight to therapy. I have traveled around the world, but now proudly call California home once again. I hold a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and worked extensively as a social worker and therapist. My practice is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a strong commitment to understanding client’s experience. I specialize in trauma, couples, and emotional healing.
