I specialize in working with adolescents and adults suffering from PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, and substance use. I've also worked with families and couples to improve relationships and communication. I believe the biggest factor to successful therapy is based on the relationship between the therapist and the client. I am able to use my own life experiences to help build this relationship and relate more naturally.
