Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, but it’s also an opportunity for growth, healing, and self-discovery. As an LGPC, I bring years of experience as a school counselor, where I supported children, adolescents, and families through academic, social, and emotional challenges. My background allows me to understand the unique pressures young people face while also supporting adults who are navigating life transitions, relationships, or personal struggles. My counseling style is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet each client’s needs. I draw from person-centered, CBT, solution-focused and mindfulness approaches.
