If you or your loved one are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, and/or grief, it may be time to seek support from a licensed counselor. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore feelings and experiences while promoting personal growth. Since I am extensively trained and experienced in play therapy, I am most known for working with children and teens. However, I do provide counseling for all ages.
