I believe we all deserve a safe space to make meaning of our experiences. Many of my clients are seeking a space free from judgment or shame to process and make meaning of their experiences. Many of my clients have tried numerous ways to cope and work through challenges, yet find themselves feeling stuck and isolated. I help adults navigate life transitions and challenges related to identity, self-worth, relationships, and career. I’m a warm and down to earth therapist committed to helping my clients gain insight, cultivate self acceptance, and deepen a sense of connection with themselves and with others.
