Hello, my name is Jen and I have a deep respect for all who seek support through counseling. It is my experience that no one lives their best life alone. Connection has the capacity to offer regulation and engender strength. In our work together I hope to create an environment that feels safe. I will strive to assist you in moving toward experiencing yourself as a trustworthy source of guidance. Many of us are wounded children walking around in adult bodies. When appropriate I place importance in discovering connections between early childhood trauma and life's current unease as as a means to heal these wounds.
