Whether you want to address patterns that no longer serve you, or need to process a life event, I bring a nonjudgmental and collaborative approach to therapy. My style is informal and goal-focused. I like to use humor (when appropriate) to break the ice and to keep us grounded. I bring over 12 years of therapy experience with a broad range of clientele. I have had previous careers which I feel brings a unique level of understanding and perspective of people from varied backgrounds and experiences.
