My focus as a counselor is to help you find yourself again. It is so easy to get lost in a relationship, job, parenthood, substances and/or life transition. We start to feel disconnected and out of tune with who we are and what we want out of life. We don't need to figure it out on our own, we get to do it together! Through conscious conversation and changing of perspective we can get unstuck and start to feel more connected to ourselves and our world. You deserve to have someone hold space for you and that's what I do.
