As a clinical social worker with extensive experience in supporting adolescents and adults, I specialize in addressing a range of mental health challenges, including ADHD, abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, relationship concerns, stress management, health/medical concerns or disabilities, and substance use.
