I am a licensed psychologist who enjoys working with people struggling with anxiety or panic, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have special interest and experience with LGBTQ and ethically non-monogamous/polyamorous folks. I have been trained in a variety of treatment approaches, but feel most strongly influenced by psychodynamic theories. I find that understanding patterns of thought, feeling, and relating and taking new ownership of them can create real change in one's work, relationships, and emotions.
