Somewhere along the way things have gotten dark, stressful, and painful. The light seems to be too far out of reach and part of you might not think you deserve to get better. Anxiety and depression compound negative experiences and make you feel smothered. Finding your light and regaining your life after trauma and negative experiences is possible and you are worth it. I work specifically with adults helping them find their light and deal with their past, present, and future. Overcoming what is hurting you mentally is a strength that already lives inside you. You deserve to live life on your terms, and not be burdened by the past. I specialize in treating trauma and PTSD. I am EMDR certified and offer EMDR intensives. I specialize in working with first responders. I am an approved provider of the National Volunteer Fire Council, The Code Green Campaign, and A First Responder Treatment Provider by MO CIT. I also offer trauma-informed Sex Therapy that is Cash Pay only.
