Hi, I’m Jennifer Jennings, As a military veteran and licensed therapist, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my work. I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, addictions, grief and loss, sexual abuse, relationship challenges, and women/men issues. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe that clients are the experts on their own lives, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where healing can happen.
