I am a clinical psychotherapist dedicated to supporting mental, emotional, and behavioral health and wellness. My work focuses on balance, awareness and mindfulness. In partnership we will work to identify integral parts of your life that directly contribute to your overall well-being. My hope is to empower you to develop and refine skills to live a life of balance. I tailor my approach to you and your goals, as well as use my professional training to support your journey.
