With post graduate training in marriage and family therapy, I have spent the past 20 years working in the mental health and substance abuse fields. I find it particularly rewarding to help adolescent and teenage girls who often struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, school, and peer issues. My training and experience have prepared me to work with individuals, couples and families throughout the lifespan. Due to my background in marriage and family therapy, even when working with individuals, I find it helpful to gather information about family history to utilize in therapy.
