I am Jennifer Jolliffe, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who helps teens and adults move forward when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps. I work with individuals navigating the effects of trauma, attachment wounds, mood challenges, grief, dissociation, and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), with a focus on building resilience, clarity, and self-compassion. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, CBT, and DBT, along with expressive tools like Sand Tray therapy, to support forward momentum while remaining sensitive to each client’s pace and nervous system. Clients come to therapy feeling caught in patterns that no longer serve them knowing something needs to change but not knowing how to begin. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and goal-oriented. We identify what you want to be different, explore times when the problem feels less intense, and build on the strengths and resources you already have.
