I am passionate about working with individuals who are seeking transformative healing from a variety of traumas, anxiety, depression, and other mental health impairments. I practice from a trauma-focused approach in order to work collaboratively with clients toward restorative and lasting change. My goal is to help clients pursue and maintain a life of wholeness and balance within each area of their daily lives.
