If you are feeling overwhelmed or are in crisis, I can help. There are so many circumstances in life that challenge us. I use a trauma-responsive approach in all of my work in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & life's challenges. I am passionate about helping people find compassion for themselves in navigating life' challenges. Choosing to start therapy is no small feat-I hope you are proud of yourself.
