I have worked with adults of all ages and adolescents in a variety of settings using multiple treatment modalities. I traditionally use psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in gaining skills and meeting their desired outcome goals. Utilizing individual, couples, family, and play therapy I strive to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety and a myriad of disorders, diseases and phobias. My primary objective while working with any client is to create a safe environment to process their journey, and for people to be the center of initiative in their own lives.
